The TECH OT-MD BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT is a fully-customizable, all black compact open-top tool bag with an extra wide body. The TECH OT-MD BLACKOUT BUILDOUT features our V-SWAPâ„¢ system, allowing for customization of the interior pocket layout by simply swapping panels for different storage layouts. Customers MUST PURCHASE AT LEAST 2 V-Swapâ„¢ REMOVABLE AND EXCHANGEABLE Panels; this bag is NOT sold without panels.

This bag features a center storage space that houses a repositionable insert box with a magnetic lid that can be used as a parts tray. Added depth increases the capacity and stability of this bag.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLACKOUT AND A BLACKOUT/BUILD-OUT BAG?
Two panels are automatically included with a Blackout bag. You do not choose them. For the Tech OT-MD Blackout, the 5X3 Pocket Panel and the 4X4 Pocket Panel are included with that bag. The "Blackout Build-Out" version requires you to purchase any two panels you want. Both allow you to purchase any additional panels for various configurations and maximum flexibility to handle any job.
