Refund policy

• Stocked items (excluding cut wire and tools) may be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
  
• Tools including testing equipment may be exchanged only, no refunds.
• Chemicals including aerosols are non-returnable. 
  
• Items deemed defective may be exchanged for equivalent product within 15 days. Items may be tested in-store prior to exchange.
• Beyond 15 days, a defective item is subject to manufacturer’s warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced.
• Items must not have been altered in any way. (soldered to, wires cut…).
• All cut wire sold my the meter is final sale.
• Items must be returned with original packaging.
• Non-stock / special order items and quantities ordered beyond our stocking levels are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• All other cases are at the manager’s discretion.

but not limited to any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from B&E Electronics*
