Shipping policy

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada. 

Please Note: All online orders being shipped are fulfilled and sent from the Calgary warehouse. We do weekly stock transfers between our two locations, when needed, to fulfill and complete orders at no extra charge. 

Free Shipping:

  • Offer valid on orders that total $299 or more before tax.
  • Total combined weight must be 40lbs or less. This includes multiple units of the same qualifying item.
  • Some items may be excluded including bulky & oversized items, and items that have already been discounted to a lowest price.
  • Free Shipping does not apply to the Veto Pro Pac Trade School Discount program.
  • Free Shipping may not apply to rural addresses or locations considered to be remote or extremely remote. You will be contacted if your shipping address is considered one of these.
  • Free Shipping does not apply when shipping chemicals to rural addresses or locations considered to be remote or extremely remote.
  • Free Shipping does not include the shipping of items classified as Dangerous Goods.
  • UPS will be the preferred shipping carrier, however carrier used is at the discretion of B&E Electronics. 
  • All online orders will ship from the Calgary warehouse.
  • Orders will be shipped complete.
  • Please select FREE Standard Shipping (Ground) when checking out.
  • Offer excludes the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
  • Promotion may end at any time and without notice.

 

NEW: FREE Hammond Direct Shipping:

  • HAMMOND ONLY orders placed that are $299 or more and less than 40lbs will have the option to be shipped directly from Hammond Manufacturing to the customer with FREE Hammond direct shipping. These orders will ship complete and by courier of our choice.
  • HAMMOND ONLY orders that are less than $299 will be shipped to B&E Electronics Calgary or Saskatoon prior to being shipped to the customer. Regular shipping rates apply.
  • HAMMOND ONLY orders that are $2000 or more will also be shipped with FREE Hammond direct shipping with NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION.
  • Calgary and Saskatoon pickup options also available.
  • *Carts containing any non-Hammond items will nullify the FREE Hammond direct shipping option. Please ensure your cart contains only Hammond items at checkout.
  • **Addresses deemed rural or extremely rural may not have the FREE Hammond direct shipping option available to them. You may inquire prior to ordering. 


In-Store Pickup - You may choose to pickup your order in either Calgary or Saskatoon during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm). Please wait after placing an order for an e-mail stating that the order is ready for pickup.

B&E Electronics is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

 

UPS Standard - This is a ground service with UPS. Generally 3-6 business days to most of Canada.

DO NOT select this option for PO/APO/FPO addresses.


UPS Express Saver - This is generally an overnight service to most of Canada. This is considered an air service. For more rural areas, it could possibly take 3-5 business days to receive.

DO NOT select this option for PO/APO/FPO addresses.

DO NOT select this option for orders that include most CHEMICALS or LITHIUM BATTERIES , as they cannot go by an air express service.


Canada Post Regular - This option is available for Canadian customers only.


SHIPPING CHEMICALS & LITHIUM - Chemicals and lithium batteries are shipped by either UPS Standard Ground or Canada Post Regular Parcel (Ground). There may be a restriction on the amount of lithium that can be shipped. All chemicals that are considered Dangerous Goods must be ordered through our order desk as there may be additional fees and shipping restrictions. These dangerous goods do not have the ability to be added to your cart for this reason.

All orders will be shipped complete, including orders that contain backorders. B&E Electronics strives to fill all orders, including those that contain backorders, in a timely fashion. All customers will be notified of lead time for all backordered goods.
