The TECH OT-LC BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT is a fully-customizable, all black, large capacity wide open tote with our V-SWAPâ„¢ system of removable/swappable panels, allowing for customization of the interior pocket layout by simply swapping panels for different storage layouts. Customers MUST PURCHASE AT LEAST 2 V-Swapâ„¢ REMOVABLE AND EXCHANGEABLE Panels; this bag is NOT sold without panels.

The TECH-OT LC BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT has additional open space that can be reoriented to accommodate multiple tools and gear for a variety of tasks. An integral structural box features a repositionable insert box and magnetic lid functioning as both storage for small items or as a partition and includes 2 plastic partitions for further customization of the center box.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLACKOUT AND A BLACKOUT/BUILD-OUT BAG?
Panels are automatically included with the TECH OT-LC BLACKOUT bag. You do not choose them. For the TECH OT-LC BLACKOUT, the 10 Pocket Tool Panel, 15 Pocket Tool Panel, and Bulk Storage panel are included with that bag. The "Blackout Build-Out" version requires you to purchase any two panels you want. Both allow you to purchase any additional panels for various configurations and maximum flexibility to handle any job.
