403C Super Cold HFO-1234ZE is our best freeze spray with its advanced environmentally friendly formula. It quickly cools circuits to -50°C (-60°F). It is made is 100% HFO-1234ze, which is non-flammable, non-conductive, moisture free, zero residue, and has a global warming potential of less than 1.

This freeze spray is an electronic component cooler for troubleshooting problem components on pbc's, motherboards, and other electronic devices. It can also be used to protect heat sensitive components during soldering and desoldering, quickly cooling solder joints, and locating hairline cracks in traces.
