Product Description

The Ratchet O-Clamp is designed for tight spaces, maintaining a low-profile, adjustable grip around a routing while providing a robust mounting solution. Designed for fluid routing and high-voltage cable management, this clamp includes a TPE liner to protect the routing and keep it in position. An integrated fir tree provides a secure grip into round mounting holes with no additional hardware.

Features & Benefits:

  • Soft TPE over-mold prevents axial slide/rotation and protects sensitive HV cables.
  • Long 6.5 mm fir tree allows clip to be installed in panels up to 6 mm thick and hole sizes from 6.1 - 7.0 mm.
  • Fine-pitch ratchet provides controlled grip for a range of pipe sizes with one part.
  • Fully enclosed clamp prevents slip, crush and fallout under vacuum.
  • Release feature opens by inserting a screwdriver, allowing the clamp to be reused or serviced without removing it from mounting surface. .
