With access to thousands of items, we couldn't possibly stock everything! This is why we've made so many items available online by special order.

Most special order items ship from within Canada and generally arrive from our vendors 7-10 business days before they are shipped to you, or made available for pickup in-store (Calgary & Saskatoon). However, some items may take longer due to supplier availability.

We've added a quote request option to many items which allows us to provide you with competitive pricing. We'll work fast to provide you with a quote, which will also include a lead time and shipping options.
